Our Story

Founded in 2017, Rabriel Investments Limited is a privately held Ugandan national FMCG distribution platform structured to serve established brands seeking scalable coverage across Uganda's retail network.

With over 15 years of executive experience in structured sales and distribution management, our leadership team brings disciplined operational expertise to every market we serve.

Today, Rabriel operates 11 distribution centers, manages a fleet of 20 five-ton trucks and 20 field motorbikes, and services over 30,000 retail outlets nationwide — delivering measurable market execution with institutional discipline.

Our approach is rooted in institutional discipline. Every distribution center operates under standardized processes, every route is measured, and every territory manager is accountable for retail execution outcomes. This operational rigor is what sets Rabriel apart in Uganda's distribution landscape.

From our headquarters in Kampala, we coordinate a nationwide network that spans from the West Nile region to the eastern borders, and from the northern districts to the southwestern corridor. Our growth reflects the trust that Uganda's leading brands place in our ability to execute with consistency and transparency.
